(2) Customer satisfaction: Customers are divided into internal customers and external customers. The next process is the customer of the previous process, and we need to think from the customer's perspective whether the work is comprehensive and in place? Only imperfect products, no picky customers. (3) Continuous improvement: In work, it is important to constantly reflect and seek effective methods for improvement.
