At 11:00 am on August 15th, Zhang Naijun, a second level inspector of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Jie Zhichao, the director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, led a team to visit Shandong Pacific Fiber Optic Cable Co., Ltd. to investigate the "specialized, refined, and new" card insertion work.
